Technology Transfer Filter: Finally, localization of the product or service is especially important to achieve the cost metrics for the Indian market. Purpose of Job
Panitek Smart Energy is looking for a Sales Account Manager in India. The role is to drive sales for the company in India and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Develop and maintain trusted and long-lasting relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities and promote the company's products

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Take lead for preparing proposals, pitch decks and documentation for company needs

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and sales forecasts)

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Facilitate in the organizing and implementation of promotional events
Requirements

3-5 years of experience in sales in Lighting/ LED business is required

Proven experience in key account management

Engineering Degree (BTech) or equivalent is preferred

Taking ownership of tasks and producing error-free work

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to Sales Accounts Manager.

Cold Calls with the prospective clients, preparing data base of client’s product requirements.

Concept creation, system design and technical offer preparation with the support of the specialist departments, taking into account and evaluating technical, economic and scheduling risks.

Conducting technical clarifications and negotiations with subcontractors.

Technical customer support.

Project Management Support on installation of products / projects.
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sales engineering in Lighting/ LED business is required.

Engineering Degree (B. Tech/M. Tech/M. Eng) or equivalent is preferred.

Good project management and organization skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, strong writing, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel extensively as required within the country.
