Panitek Power is happy to announce that Akshay Jaitly and Dr. Otto C. Frommelt has been appointed to the Board of Advisors at Panitek Power AG, Switzerland while Rupert Strachwitz is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Panitek Power AG.
Akshay is president of 262 Advisors, based in Paris. He advises Indian, French and other international clients on cross-border strategy and risk management. Previously, Akshay co-founded Trilegal, a leading Indian law firm, and has over 25 years of experience. He was rated as one of India’s top energy and Infrastructure lawyers for over a decade. Akshay has a BA in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, a master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University and a law degree from Oxford University.
Otto is a Business Ambassador of Panitek. He is a qualified Expert in Strategy Development, Scenario Planning and Foresight studies. He has management expertise and significant international experience within the automotive industry, governmental administration, non-profit organisations and innovative start-up companies. Otto holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a DBA in Strategy and Scenario Planning from the Nottingham University Business School.
Rupert is a corporate finance specialist with over 30 years’ experience in financial services. He co-founded an Indian renewable energy business with Pankaj which they listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM in 2009. He focuses on advising and supporting a number of early stage technology and clean tech businesses.
Panitek Power is building a strong leadership team to guide and bring strategic value towards the company’s effort to deploy sustainable technologies in emerging markets like India.
